Erik Stuurbrink (49) of tree nursery/green centre De Batterijen in Ochtend, has been appointed board member of the trade organisation LTO Bomen, Vaste planten en Zomerbloemen (Trees, perennials and summer flowers). He will now also promote growers' interests nationwide, for which he already makes a strong case regionally from the regional trade organisation TCO

Stuurbrink will combine the board position in the national trade group with his daily board work for Tree Centre Opheusden. He has been doing that (with an interruption) since TCO was founded.
