GrootGroenPlus 2025 confirms international position of nursery stock sector

The autumn edition of the GrootGroenPlus trade fair, which will take place from 1 to 3 October 2025, once again emphasises the international significance of the nursery stock sector. In collaboration with trade journal publisher NWST, an extensive trade fair catalogue has been published especially for the occasion. It focuses on the full breadth of tree cultivation in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and other European countries.
With more than 300 exhibitors and thousands of visitors from home and abroad, GrootGroenPlus is a leading platform for the sector. The presence of the international trade press underlines the great importance of this trade fair: they report in their own language on the latest developments, innovations and trends presented during the fair.
Professionals from all over Europe discuss new plant varieties, advanced techniques, digitisation and sustainability in tree nurseries. GrootGroenPlus thus offers a unique knowledge platform for growers, traders, garden centres, municipalities, landscape architects, suppliers and other professionals.
The beginning of October was chosen 35 years ago because the trade fair is not only aimed at garden centres, but appeals to a much broader target group. The event also marks the official start of the autumn season within the sector.
