Seven nominations have been announced for the Show Your Colours Award IPM 2026. This was done by IPM Essen and Bizz Holland. All exhibitors at the trade fair who have woody plants and perennials in their range were invited to submit plants or plant concepts. The Award will be presented on Thursday 29 January at 3 p.m. at the BIZZ Holland stand in Hall 8, where the plants will also be on display. IPM and Bizz Holland are organising this show for the eighth year running.

Show Your Colours is all about the added value of the plant, which is expressed in the story behind it, in other words storytelling. Both plants and plant concepts can be submitted.

A sole plant on the shelves sometimes does not suffice to tempt a consumer to buy. A garden plant can be very pretty by itself, but that is not always the case. With added value in the shape of a label, nice pot, well-thought-out concept, or simply by providing more information about the plant, a plant can generate additional attention. These days, companies make good use of this by giving their plant this 'something extra'. In order to motivate participants at the trade fair to put their products with something extra in the spotlight, the Show Your Colours Award IPM was introduced.

:Visitors can vote for their favourite plant until Thursday morning, 29 January. This is done by inserting a coin. On Thursday afternoon, the plants and the story behind them will be judged by an international jury. The winner will ultimately be chosen based on the votes of the visitors and the jury's decision.
